What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance team by: Processing 80-100 invoices weekly. Handling ACH payments and managing check runs. Scanning and organizing payment documentation. Working within MIP and Microid modules to create and post invoices. Following up with internal teams to gather necessary billing information. Managing 50-60 ACH and check transactions per week. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all AP processes as a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk Role: To succeed as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you should bring: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs). Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Experience with ERP systems-MIP is a plus. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others.
