Respiratory Therapist- Albany, GA
Location: Albany, GA 31701 Shift: Day Shift (Start time: 6:45 AM; clock-in window: 6:38–6:46 AM) Type: Permanent Full-Time Relocation Bonus: Case-by-case basis Weekend Schedule: M–Th or F–Sun team rotation Holidays: Rotated with permanent staff (every other holiday expected) Scrub Color: Ceil blue (ceil blue jacket only)
Role / Responsibilities: Duties Include: Nebs, airway management, vapotherm, BiPAP, CPAP, vents ABG collection, bedside PFTs, CPT ICU: A-line placement, blood gas management, intubation, bronchs Common Diagnoses: COPD, CHF, pneumonia, respiratory failure, ARDS, cancers Ventilators Used: Servo U & I models Charge RT Role: Yes – includes Charge and Clinical Coordinator responsibilities Qualifications: RRT Certification BLS, ACLS, PALS NRP (if working in NICU) GA State License Minimum 1 year experience for floor therapists Minimum 2 years for critical care Must be confident in adult ICU, vent management, ABG interpretation, and making clinical suggestions.
