Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile the general ledger Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze the company's financial performance versus the budget Develop and analyze key operational and accounting data for variance analysis, profit/loss statements, KPI reports, and monthly performance presentations Assist in long-term financial planning and annual budget preparation Support the preparation of leadership and board-level presentations Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related role Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Hyperion Planning/SmartView and Oracle a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership confidently
