Key Responsibilities
( Property Accountant ): Property Accountant Prepare and analyze property level financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Lead year-end audits and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for property managers and senior leadership
Qualifications
( Property Accountant ): Property Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 7+ years of accounting experience in the property accounting or real estate industry preferred
