Key Responsibilities: Lead FP&A support across all manufacturing operations, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and decision support Build robust reporting and dashboards that capture financial and operational data from all global locations Partner with Operations and Sales to design, model, and deploy cost control and margin improvement initiatives Provide clear insights into manufacturing cost structures, plant performance, and operational drivers Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, participating in cross-functional meetings and presenting recommendations backed by data Collaborate closely with site leaders to understand operational processes and identify areas for efficiency and profitability improvements Qualifications:

7-12+ years of progressive FP&A or cost-focused finance experience, ideally within manufacturing Proven ability to partner with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive performance improvement Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills; comfort managing data from multiple entities and ERP systems
