•? We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an administrative position of Closing Coordinator in our Indianapolis Division. •? In this position, you will coordinate all aspects of the closing process.?? You??will be responsible for??ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and ready for closing??when all parties meet??to finalize the house transfer transaction. •?
Duties and Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of all necessary paperwork and information related to the closing processAct as liaison and coordinator between the Company, lending institution, title company,??Realtor and customerSet up and maintain customer filesAttend closings, as necessary, in IndianapolisAudit and prepare final bills, deeds and other closing documentsTrack and distribute keys and??Certificates of OccupancyPrepare and distribute reports to HOA management companiesAssist with coordination of the sales functionsPrepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportsUpdate and maintain necessary programs with closing information- JD-Edwards Additional administrative tasks to support the Division
Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:
2+ years previous??experience in mortgage & title industry or homebuilding industryPast experience in a customer service positionExperience handling closing coordination and knowledge of closing disclosuresProficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and OutlookDetail-minded with??excellent organizational and follow up skillsAbility to multi-task and work well under pressure with customers in face-to-face situationsAbility to communicate efficiently and effectively??High written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of peopleDisplay a friendly, personable and approachable mannerAbility to take the??initiative and exercise independent judgmentPossess a team player mentalityHigh school education required; College degree helpful ??
