Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
adult patient care
, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring. Perform routine and complex nursing tasks following evidence-based standards. Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and post-operative recovery for adult patients. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergency situations. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment for adult and geriatric patients.
