Bonus About the Role: We're seeking a hands-on
Financial Controller
to lead accounting and finance operations for a growing IT company. This is a key leadership position with direct exposure to executive management and a clear path to CFO. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Partner with leadership on strategic financial initiatives and growth planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Experience in IT services or related industry a plus. Why Join Us?
