The Family Law Attorney will handle legal cases involving divorce, child custody, restraining orders, and property division. Primary responsibilities include drafting legal motions, analyzing legal issues, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court. Collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other professionals is essential to achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications

Proficiency in Family Law and handling a range of legal issues related to divorce, custody, and asset division Experience in drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents Strong expertise in conducting depositions and legal analysis Active license to practice law in Washington State Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and independent settings Prior experience in family law litigation is highly preferred
