Job Description Job Accountabilities As a Senior .NET Developer you’ll code, solve problems, spark ideas, and build software that profoundly impacts senior housing communities. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and fellow engineers to bring creativity and pride to every build.
Ideation & Problem Solving – actively participate in ideation, brainstorming practical solutions to complex problems.
Architectural Vision – design scalable, performant features aligned with our long‑term vision.
Build Awesome Solutions – lead the SDLC from design to deployment; set engineering standards.
Code Review – lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
Mentor – guide partners on why we write code and how to use tools for best customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
5+ years of ASP.NET programming experience with any of:
ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET MVC Core
ASP.NET Core Blazor
Entity Framework 6 / Entity Framework Core / Dapper
5+ years of experience with a SaaS product.
Collaborative partner – proactive problem solver, strong relational skills with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
Pragmatic and purposeful – manage time efficiently, set clear goals, and consistently meet them.
Owner of work – accountable from start to finish, providing estimates and active communication.
Master of craft – meticulous, high‑quality code, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution.
Clear technical communicator – articulate complex concepts to all audiences; comfortable demos.
Experience with Azure Portal, Azure Emulators, JetBrains Rider, LinqPad, Postman, PowerShell, Sentry, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code.
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Figma, Figjam.
