Tax Manager – Hybrid/Remote (Boca Raton, FL)
This is a full‑time, hybrid role for a Tax Manager based in Boca Raton, FL, with 80% remote work, occasional visits to our office and clients’ office. The Tax Manager will oversee and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation tasks for clients, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws. Responsibilities include reviewing tax strategies, preparing accurate tax returns, staying updated on changes in tax regulations, providing clients with tax‑saving recommendations, and supervising and mentoring junior staff. The role demands collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure excellent service and deliverables for various tax‑related matters.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Tax Planning , including strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge
of Tax Compliance and Tax Law to ensure adherence to legal standards.
Proficiency
in Tax Preparation and review processes for individuals and businesses.
Excellent understanding
of Tax strategies for businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.
CPA certification or similar professional certification
is highly preferred.
Proficiency in tax software
and strong analytical skills for problem‑solving.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Ability
to lead, mentor, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Experience
working with diverse industries and clients is a plus.
