The Davis Team is hiring experienced and growth‑minded Listing Agents who want leverage, support, and a proven structure to win more seller business. This role is designed for agents who enjoy working with sellers, leading listing appointments, and driving strong outcomes from pricing to closing. We are not a brokerage – we are a high‑producing real estate team. As a Listing Agent, you’ll focus on seller consultations, pricing strategy, negotiations, and client communication. Our in‑house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teams support every listing so you can stay focused on relationships and results instead of backend work. Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County. We operate out of two offices: Hercules and Fairfield. If you want to grow your listing business inside a real system with real support, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
Lead seller consultations and manage the listing process from start to close
Develop pricing strategies based on market data and local trends
Partner with the marketing team to launch and promote listings
Communicate consistently with sellers and manage expectations
Negotiate offers and contract terms to achieve strong outcomes
Coordinate with operations, escrow, and transaction coordination
Host listing appointments, open houses, and private showings as needed
Stay current on market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County
Follow team systems and standards to deliver a consistent client experience
Qualifications
Active California real estate license
Experience working with sellers or strong interest in specializing on listings
Solid understanding of pricing, market data, and negotiation strategy
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional, organized, and detail‑oriented
Coachable and comfortable working within team systems
Ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership
Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County and know the local market
Compensation $133,500 per year
