to join their leadership team.
This is a hybrid role – partially on-site in Woburn, MA

About the Role As an
Engineering Principal , you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company. This position involves strategic leadership, client management, and technical oversight, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions that align with our mission and core values. You will collaborate with project teams, executive leadership, and clients to deliver forward-thinking solutions that meet industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering for complex institutional projects.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers and project managers.
Maintain and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Oversee design, construction administration, and quality assurance processes.
Contribute to business strategy, team growth, and operational efficiencies.
Champion innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies in engineering design.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of experience in MEP/FP engineering design and leadership.
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of building codes, healthcare, and laboratory design.
Experience with Revit, BIM, and engineering software tools.
Excellent communication and business development skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods.
