Your Role

Provide test engineering expertise and troubleshooting support for product engineering, fab yield engineering, and design staff to debug and resolve product and test program issue.

Perform test time reduction, test yield enhancement, quality improvements, and support custom requirements for new product opportunities.

Use Advantest 93K ATE to bring mixed signal MCU products to production.

Develop new best practice test methods for test cost reduction.

Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree.

Experience leading Test Engineering Projects.

Managed Automated Test Equipment programs and hardware, including product characterization and device/wafer level test for SoC products.

Experience running cross-functional meetings with project team members and across sites.

Developed, debugged and characterized test programs for digital/Mixed-signal blocks. Requires thorough experimental/mfg.design knowledge (DOE & SPC), and solid understanding of process/design/test integration.

Created multiple new design test programs and made major manufacturing improvements in existing products.

Experience completing the product performance, datasheet compliance matrix through all rounds of design optimization and customer product sampling.

Test engineering expertise and troubleshooting support experience.

Drive device and package qualification for new product development, fab, assembly, and production transfer experience.

Participated in 1st Si debug, yield and test time improvement, work closely with test and design engineers to release product to full production.

Advanced experience in JAVA and C/C++.

Advantest V93K, Teradyne Magnum, and Ultraflex Automated test equipment experience.

Conducting device/wafer level tests of Mixed-Signal, Analog, PA, and MCUs.

Characterized and verified device performance in a high volume manufacturing environment.

Statistical data analysis tools such as JMP or Spotfire experience.

93K Test hardware design expertise (Probe cards, load boards).

Minimum of $169,700 per year – Maximum of $233,300 per year . In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
