Position Responsibilities
Manage Space Segment External Interfaces, including development of ICDs as required by contract
Perform system requirements and verification planning and execution
Maintain requirements trace and VCRM for system level requirements
Develop and model Space Segment Intersegment CONOPS
Develop and maintain System Design Documents (SDDs)
Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering processes and tools to develop and maintain the System Architecture Model
Perform system trade studies and System level analyses
Develop Intersegment Test Plans, including requirements for demonstrations and test beds
Support execution of System Operational test and evaluation activities
Support system level requirements verification and sell‑off
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
5+ years experience in systems engineering processes and tools
5+ years experience in system design, development, or test
Experience with model‑derived CONOPS requirements development, interface control documentation, technical specification review, and architecture development
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
5+ years experience within the aerospace defense industry
Experience interfacing with customers, program office, and across interdisciplinary teams
Experience leading technical teams or projects
Experience integrating Space, Ground, and User Terminal CONOPS
Security Clearance Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
Relocation Relocation is offered based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.
