Solutions Manager Join Maven AGI as a Solutions Manager and drive high‑performance product outcomes through innovative POCs and technical enablement.

Role Summary Maven wins by running POCs that feel like production, compressing time‑to‑first‑value, and driving executive alignment early.

Responsibilities

Build a high‑performing team of builder‑sellers.

Raise the technical‑win rate and standardize a repeatable POC playbook.

Partner with Sales, Product, and FDE/Integrations to transition customers from intent → validated value → scaled deployment.

Manage program delivery for non‑strategic motions, ensuring the SE craft reliably lands success criteria, milestones, and executive confidence.

What You’ll Do

Lead & coach Solutions Engineers and Forward Deployed engineers, act as Program Manager for non‑strategic programs.

Own pre‑sales technical strategy: discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, demo/POC storylines, and proof plans.

Standardize the POC operating model with clear success criteria, milestone plans, weekly working sessions, decision logs, and risk management.

Provide decisive technical escalation support on APIs, data flows, identity, security, and production‑ready POC builds.

Synthesize product feedback, surface prioritized insights, and champion "production‑like from day one."

Hire for craft & values, attract diverse talent, and elevate writing, demoing, discovery, and architecture skills.

Engage customer executives as trusted advisors, making complex tradeoffs legible and actionable.

What Makes You a Fit

8+ years in Solutions/SE/Applied Engineering/Professional Services, including 2–4+ years people leadership in pre/post‑sales teams.

Track record of leading production‑grade POCs and complex integrations in enterprise SaaS.

Working knowledge of LLM systems (RAG, tool use/function‑calling, evals/quality metrics, safety, data privacy).

Executive presence, crisp writing, strong facilitation, and risk/issue management.

Bonus: familiarity with CX/Support stacks (Zendesk/Salesforce), analytics, contact center/telephony, and regulated data environments.
