Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team in the San Francisco/Bay Area. To be considered, you must be a commercial Paralegal with 5+ years of hands-on experience. This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside top attorneys on complex, high-impact litigation matters in a collaborative environment. Base pay range
$145,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Manage case workflow, discovery, and document production Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents Research case law, statutes, and court rules Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and hearings Oversee docketing and maintain trial calendars Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred) Must meet California Business & Professions Code §6450 requirements 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment Strong knowledge of discovery, trial procedures, and California court rules Experience on projects pertaining to Patent Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and IP Proficient in litigation software (Relativity, Concordance, or similar) Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills Why Join
