Day‑to‑Day
Analyze CGL, professional liability, and property policies for coverage determinations and draft reservation‑of‑rights letters to carriers
Manage subrogation claims and third‑party defenses from initial investigation through discovery in NY and NJ state and federal courts
Draft and argue declaratory judgment complaints, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment oppositions on policy exclusions and indemnity issues
Conduct depositions of adjusters, underwriters, and adverse parties while overseeing document production and expert coordination
Prepare and second‑chair (then first‑chair) bench trials, arbitrations, and coverage hearings in high‑exposure matters across multiple jurisdictions
