Salary and Compensation Base Compensation Range: $70,446 – $140,311 USD, subject to experience, qualifications, and location. Additional bonuses and incentives may apply based on performance.
Responsibilities
Act as a client-facing consultant responsible for translating business requirements into CPM solutions, including systems integration and architecture design.
Support the CPM practice in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
Translate clients’ processes and requirements into CPM solutions, recommending best‑of‑breed systems integrations.
Prepare clients to use OneStream by analyzing operational changes, delivering training, and executing testing plans.
Deliver projects that meet clients’ tactical and strategic requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance to project teams, mapping planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements against OneStream best practices.
Manage customer relationships by providing support, resolving issues, and answering questions.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to communicate essential information, review open items, and contribute to meetings and reports.
Maintain professional development through education, self‑study, research, and participation in professional organizations.
Handle projects in critical data domains, including data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and mapping.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify process and data challenges.
Document and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Develop analytical proof‑of‑concept prototypes or deliver large‑scale analytical platform implementations to meet tactical and strategic client needs.
Create business procedures and data management policies that ensure data accuracy and control.
Produce implementation roadmaps, model documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Execute full lifecycle projects for implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and special initiatives.
Assess client enterprise processes, organization, and technology to determine optimal operating models and drive CFO value.
Engage with accounting, FP&A, and operations groups within client organizations.
Develop and deliver training materials and guidance to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications – Minimum
2+ years of implementation experience with OneStream XF within professional services or industry.
Close Consolidation and Budgeting process experience.
Data management and/or data architecture experience.
Experience presenting to an executive (CXO) suite.
Self‑starter able to work effectively individually or as part of a team.
Eager to continuously learn and teach others.
Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
Qualifications – Preferred
Prior implementation experience with Hyperion and/or Host Analytics within professional services or industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of cross‑product interoperability of CP products and best practices.
Expertise in business analysis, decision‑making, and working with all levels of management.
Success with strategic methods: business process re‑engineering (BPR), process improvement, business case development (ROI), quality and process frameworks, and organizational design.
Certification in Six Sigma or PMP.
Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and associated artifacts.
Experience documenting and analyzing client environments, including technology strategy, current architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.
Experience identifying and correcting problems in imperfect data and processes.
Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
