About the Role We’re seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to support a portfolio of virtual schools across the U.S. This fully remote role serves as a strategic advisor and central point of contact for school leaders and staff, providing expert guidance in workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and HR strategy.

What You’ll Do Strategic Partnerships

Build strong relationships with school leaders to anticipate and support HR needs

Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement initiatives aligned with company goals

Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements

Partner with training teams to assess and deploy development programs

Employee Relations

Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication, and performance issues

Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment‑related matters

Monitor turnover and satisfaction metrics, and implement retention strategies

Manage performance assessment programs and disciplinary procedures

Leadership Coaching

Support leadership development through data‑driven action plans

Provide regular feedback and coaching to school leaders

Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives

Workforce Planning

Assist with staffing and promotion strategies during budget cycles

Create job descriptions and manage position changes

Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviews and candidate evaluations

Ensure effective HR communications across teams

What You’ll Bring

1–2 years of HR experience in the above areas

Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field

Strong technical and software skills

High emotional intelligence and attention to detail

Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

Compensation Minimum full‑time salary range is between

$60,000 - $80,000 . This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
