Interior Designer (5-8 Years' Experience)
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in hospitality design, who brings a positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a strong drive to deliver exceptional work. Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in design sessions
Attend client meetings and presentations
Assist in producing project documents from concept through construction
Oversee construction administration (on‑site and in‑office)
Contribute to marketing initiatives
Provide and receive technical guidance
Serve as Project Manager on multiple projects and collaborate as a team member on others
Coordinate with consultants
Effectively manage time (yours and your team’s) and project budgets
Work closely with the Interior Design team
Prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Required Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of full‑time experience in hospitality design
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet tools
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary $80,000 – $120,000 per year (based on skills and experience)
