3x per week on site .

Employment Logistics The Senior Manager of Finance will support our operations team, overseeing many financial matters pertaining to operational functions. This position aims to optimize shareholder value by emphasizing operational excellence and financial efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7 years of experience in finance-related field
Up to 25% travel
Your Mission In Motion
Provide strategic financial leadership to multiple operational departments, collaborating closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support operations.
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process for operations.
Monitor and analyze key financial & operational metrics.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the Operations Support function.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Build financial reporting and analysis including variance analysis and trend analysis.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to support strategic growth.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, independently, and proactively.
