Your primary responsibilities include preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud and compliance discrepancies. You identify potential concerns using video surveillance and other systems and take appropriate action in accordance with company policy, local and state laws, prioritizing safety. By doing so, you help ensure the store remains safe and secure for customers, associates, and partners.
