National Executive Recruitment Private Equity l Manufacturing l Distribution l Select Retailers l Construction Company Overview
The organization is entering a pivotal period of transformation. After decades of founder-led operations built on deep industry intuition with limited documented processes, the company is shifting toward a more structured, scalable, and growth-focused model. As part of the ownership transition, the founders will remain involved for up to three years to support knowledge transfer. However, long-term success requires modernization of systems, workflow discipline, and a more defined commercial structure.
To support this evolution and to enable the company’s plan to grow from approximately sixty million to one hundred twenty million in the next three to five years, a Director of Preconstruction position is being created.
