Responsibilities
Drive regional revenue growth
by developing and executing a sales plan that targets clients across the assigned territory.
Build and manage a high‑performing sales team , providing coaching, pipeline reviews, and accountability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
Develop strategic partnerships
with companies and industry associations to generate referral business and expand market presence.
Educate prospects and partners
on the financial benefits and compliance requirements of Cost Segregation, Energy Incentives, and R&D Tax Credits through consultative selling.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
to identify new opportunities, adjust territory strategy, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate cross‑functionally
with marketing, technical tax experts, and client services teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high client satisfaction, and strong renewal/retention rates.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
5–7 years of proven sales management experience
(with 7–10 years total sales experience), ideally in consultative or financial services, with a track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
