Washington DC (Global law firm; other locations: NY, Chicago, Houston considered) Manage a team of 7 Regional Managers in the delivery and support of all IT services, including deskside, printer, telecom, and AV support. Manage local IT budgets and inventory. Work hybrid schedule: 3 days in office. Requirements: Law firm experience REQUIRED. Minimum 5 years management experience and 10 years cumulative experience. Strong understanding of IT services delivery and support.
