About the Role The Meta Asset Management (AM) Analyst plays a critical role in tracking, reporting and analyzing asset performance and value creation within a dynamic portfolio. This position is part of the Meta account Asset Management team, which focuses on optimizing financial outcomes through tenant management, revenue growth, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include modelling property strategies such as marketing, redevelopment, and repositioning to enhance long‑term asset value. The analyst provides essential input for financial reporting, property valuations, and performance evaluations of local property managers, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with standards. Additionally, the position actively engages in market networking and deal sourcing, collaborating closely with transaction managers to identify growth opportunities.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams. The Meta Asset Management Analyst serves as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights and solutions that support client objectives and organizational goals.

What You’ll Do Strategic Planning & Business Execution

Support the modelling of comprehensive business plans for assigned assets, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio strategy and long‑term investment objectives...

Reporting & Performance Oversight

Provide accurate and timely input for asset management reports in collaboration with property accountants and analysts...

Valuation & Compliance

Contribute to valuation processes by reviewing assumptions, validating data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards...

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial‑related calculations.
