The San Diego, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an experienced attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across a range of general liability areas, from property and personal injury claims to catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation. The group is led by seasoned trial attorneys and has been recognized by the National Law Journal for obtaining top defense verdicts.
Although preference is given to candidates with insurance defense experience, we also welcome talented attorneys from any litigation arena who are looking for an opportunity in a growing, collaborative firm.
Qualifications
Admission to the California Bar.
1–15 years of insurance defense litigation experience (or equivalent substantive litigation experience).
Strong research, writing, and trial skills.
Compensation
Minimum Salary: USD $135,000.00 per year.
Maximum Salary: USD $220,000.00 per year.
