Hybrid Manager of Development & Strategic Partnerships
An established youth development organization is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager of Development & Strategic Partnerships to expand fundraising efforts and build mission-aligned corporate, foundation, and individual partnerships. This role plays a key part in advancing high-impact programming for young people.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategy, including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events.
Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of donors, prospects, and partners through targeted outreach, engagement, and stewardship.
Identify and secure new revenue opportunities by researching aligned prospects and creating compelling proposals and presentations.
Track partnership performance, prepare reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2–5 years in development, partnerships, or related fields.
Proven success cultivating donors and securing significant contributions or sponsorships.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with donor management systems/CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with the local donor community is a plus.
Compensation 75,000 - 80,000
