Senior Engineer / Cloud Native / Architecture / Financial Services
Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 per year
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In-office)
We provide technology‑enabled wealth management platforms and middle‑ and back‑office services to independent financial advisory firms serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. We help advisors launch and scale independent RIAs through technology and CRM infrastructure, investment and operations support, marketing, practice management, and access to capital and M&A/investment banking capabilities.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and implement product and technology‑based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and support platform adoption.
Evaluate the current platform architecture from a tactical level, determine opportunities for code optimization and architectural improvements.
Build new features, design systems, and integrate with the product team to ensure delivery of applications and platform updates.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive platform best practices in an in‑office setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building client‑facing end‑to‑end cloud‑native platforms utilizing the Microsoft stack and Azure.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, code optimization, and cloud infrastructure.
Self‑starter with a passion for craftsmanship and continuous improvement in a fintech environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
