Job Overview Looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the integration of Generative AI across the Software Development Life Cycle. The role blends deep engineering expertise with AI innovation, focusing on transforming how enterprise applications are designed, built, tested, and deployed. The position is both internal-facing (team enablement, tooling, automation) and customer-facing (consulting, advisory, adoption leadership), serving as the strategic anchor for AI-driven SDLC modernization.
Key Responsibilities (Short Version)
Design AI-Enabled SDLC Frameworks: Embed GenAI across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Enable Internal Teams: Identify GenAI use cases, deliver training, and support engineering teams to boost productivity.
Build Custom AI Tools: Develop LLM-based solutions, RAG systems, AI agents, and vector database–powered automation.
Fine-Tune LLMs (Good to have): Adapt open-source models to internal codebases for domain-specific tasks.
Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging GenAI tools, introduce new practices, and shape AI adoption strategies.
Advise Customers: Lead assessments, workshops, and solution design for AI-driven SDLC transformation.
Lead Adoption Programs: Partner with customers to build adoption roadmaps, run hands‑on sessions, and guide engineering teams through GenAI enablement.
Must-Have Qualifications
8–12 years in software development with experience as a Technical Lead/Architect
Strong hands‑on coding skills (Java / .Net / C++ / Python allowed)
Proven track record building scalable enterprise applications
Expertise in GenAI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases
Prior experience building RAG architectures
Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain or similar)
Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile
Strong customer‑facing communication & consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE preferred, CS strongly preferred)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Practical experience fine‑tuning open‑source LLMs
Experience in building enterprise‑scale automation frameworks
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities
