About the Job As an Enterprise Applications Engineer you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our enterprise software solutions. Your responsibilities include IAM strategy, secure access controls, and SaaS integration to streamline business processes while protecting sensitive data and ensuring a seamless user experience.
What You’ll Do
Implement and manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS tools, ensuring seamless integration into the company’s ecosystem.
Build custom applications and automations that extend the capabilities of our tools.
Lead governance initiatives to maintain system integrity and least‑privileged access.
Design, implement, and manage user lifecycle processes and improvements.
Assess and enhance SaaS integrations to improve workflow efficiencies across business units.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to develop and implement enterprise‑application security measures, including regular audits and protocol updates.
Act as the point of contact for application ownership, delegating roles, permissions, and integration capabilities safely to empower and educate users.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on IAM and SaaS tools.
Experience implementing IAM solutions through an Identity Provider such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, or Google Identity.
Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
Experience building end‑to‑end CI solutions using SCIM, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth 2.0.
Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Go.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to solve problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
Willingness to work on‑site at our Costa Mesa, CA office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing IAM architecture in a zero‑trust and password‑less environment.
Experience implementing onboarding & off‑boarding automations for an enterprise at scale.
Background supporting complex compliance initiatives across applications.
Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks.
US Salary Range $129,000—$171,000 USD (base salary only; equity and other benefits available).
