About the Role
We’re looking for UC Berkeley students who want to bring an AI-powered career coach to campus and join the next wave of tech-driven student leadership. If you’re the friend people DM for resume fixes, LinkedIn glow-ups, or quick feedback before an interview, this role is built for you.
As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll help introduce Theo — an AI career coach that upgrades student job prep with resume scoring, mock interviews, job matching, and more. Think of it as giving Berkeley students a new superpower. Everything is flexible. No awkward meetings. No spammy flyers. Just real impact, led by you.
What You’ll Do
Champion an AI career tool made for students
Share referral links and easy wins across clubs, group chats, and communities
Host chill micro-events (optional) — resume nights, study halls, mock interview jams
Give feedback directly to our product team on what Berkeley students actually need
Help build a student-led movement around smarter, AI-powered career prep

Who You Are
A current UC Berkeley student (any major)
Social — not necessarily loud, just connected
Interested in tech, careers, community-building, or creating cool things
Someone who enjoys helping peers succeed
Able to dedicate 3–5 flexible hours per week

Time Commitment 3–5 hours per week. Fully flexible around your class schedule. Academics come first.
