RPA Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RPA Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives for a leading retail/manufacturing client. This role requires strong business acumen, process documentation expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and technical automation teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to identifying high-value automation opportunities and ensuring seamless delivery of RPA and Agentic AI‑enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing workflows.
Conduct end‑to‑end process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI evaluation to determine automation potential.
Develop and maintain detailed
Process Design Documents (PDDs)
and support creation of
Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
with technical teams.
Serve as a key liaison between business users and RPA development teams to ensure accurate and complete transformation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and adoption of newly deployed automation solutions.
Monitor implemented automations against defined business KPIs and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps, best practices, and reusable components within the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
Explore and support the integration of
Agentic AI
capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision‑making features.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
8+ years
of experience in business analysis, including
2+ years
of hands‑on experience with RPA initiatives.
Strong understanding of RPA platforms such as
UiPath ,
Automation Anywhere , or similar tools.
Proven experience in business process documentation and development of
PDDs .
Working knowledge of retail and/or manufacturing business operations and typical automation use cases.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with hybrid automation environments and exposure to
Agentic AI
concepts.
Prior work experience in an enterprise automation setup or Center of Excellence (CoE).
Ability to independently facilitate requirements workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Strong presentation and client‑facing communication skills, particularly in proposal or pre‑sales scenarios.
