About the role We’re seeking an experienced Tax Advisory Manager to join our Salt Lake City-based team. In this role, your expertise will help shape income tax strategy and outcomes across a multinational organization. You’ll navigate complex income tax issues and identify valuable tax opportunities within an already established talented team. This is your chance to leverage your Big 4 and in-house experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key accountabilities
Be a customer‑service leader to our business units overseeing critical tax aspects of transactions and operations.
Identify and implement tax‑planning opportunities that align with broader business objectives.
Exercise delegated authority on non‑routine tax judgments, structuring, and legislative change matters.
Partner with corporate functions, business units, and external parties on high‑stakes tax matters.
Monitor legislative changes and recommend proactive adjustments to policies and procedures.
About you To be successfully considered for this role we are looking for:
Required Skills
15+ years of progressive experience with tax advisory management (preferred).
Experience with consolidated groups and international taxation (preferred).
CPA certification.
Big 4 accounting firm background (preferred).
Proven ability to communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Master’s degree in taxation or equivalent (strongly preferred).
Valued Skills
Proficiency with income‑tax research methodologies and tools.
Advanced Excel proficiency with data and forecasting modelling and analysis capabilities.
Proficient using and advancing human‑assisted AI tools.
