We are seeking a highly seasoned, taste‑driven, culturally fluent, and operationally strong Director of Brand to own the visual and creative expression and identity of FINESSE. This role spans brand strategy, creative, influencer, and talent partnerships, PR, social and campaign development.

The ideal candidate has led & grown multiple first‑class marketing and creative disciplines and brings a dynamic skill set and leadership experience. You know how to translate trends, cultural moments, and creative instincts into viral campaigns, shoots, and stories that drive impact at scale.

You have a deep understanding of our Gen Z‑focused tone, energy, and style— and the ambition to scale it globally. You thrive in high‑velocity environments, can guide a lean team while maintaining high creative output, and embrace new technologies, including AI, to accelerate and refine your workflow— to that end, FINESSE has its own in‑house first‑class AI & 3D team.

In this role, you will shape how FINESSE presents itself visually, culturally and creatively, ensuring our identity remains best‑in‑class for Gen Z audiences. This role offers deep creative ownership of our entire identity, room to innovate, and the opportunity to create a new paradigm of what fashion should be.

Key Responsibilities

Lead brand & identity across campaigns, e-commerce, social, talent, content, and paid media, ensuring cohesive and high‑impact consumer impression

Concept, plan, produce and oversee art & identity across the firm—including creative development, casting, visual direction, and post‑production management

Partner cross‑functionally across departments to align creative output with brand, growth, and launch priorities

Guide, mentor and build our a world‑class creative team of general artists, 3D artists and AI artists; establish clear standards, processes, and efficient ways of working

Build and manage scalable creator/talent pipelines, including contracts and casting

Maintain a strong pulse on digital culture, fashion trends, and Gen‑Z aesthetics to innovate and engage authentically with consumers

Balance big‑picture brand direction with hands‑on execution—from conceptualization to post‑production and launch

Recommended Background

5‑10+ years in brand leadership roles within fashion, beauty, Gen Z‑first brands, or creator‑led/digital‑native companies

Proven experience producing standout campaigns from concept through final assets

Hands‑on operator with comfort directing & managing talent (ideally across AI as well)

Proven ability to execute successfully in extremely fast‑paced, agile environments, comfortable managing shifting priorities and concurrent initiatives

Proven track record of partnering cross‑functionally to translate strategy into compelling creative

Deep understanding of culture, with the ability to translate into identity in rapid iteration cycles

Exceptional taste, strong instincts, and an ability to balance creative ideas with realistic execution

Low‑ego, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and energized by creative ownership
