The salary range for this role is:$126,500-191,500
The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvements in performance of Salesforce.com at QBE by enhancing in-system usage, processes, data management, and user case queries. This role involves managing a Super User Community, balancing Divisional Business Development initiatives with Global Strategic initiatives, and collaborating with project and non-project teams in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Providing effective support for Salesforce.com users on a global platform.
Acting as an initial point of escalation for complex improvement opportunities, and system and process-related problems.
Managing System Change Releases including communicating and training changes to users and stakeholders.
Leading the transition to and delivery of Business Unit reporting and dashboard performance management.
Managing and engaging with the Super User Community to build and maintain strong productive working relationships.
Responsible for improving data quality to enable performance management and business insight.
Providing direct support and coaching to end users, educating and engaging with them in local forums and business meetings.
User management process governance and troubleshooting.
Work Experience
Some partnership management experience.
Qualifications
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Compensation Package The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
