This role will use data and analytics to build compelling risk narratives for PayPal and partner closely with our financial partners. You will translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate PayPal's risk management capabilities. Essential Responsibilities
Lead multiple teams or workstreams within the analytics function. Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, business-relevant insights. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape business strategies with data. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies in analytics. Expected Qualifications
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in risk analytics for payments, fraud, or credit. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, GCP). Excellence in data storytelling and visualization for executive audiences. Knowledge of card network operating rules and monitoring programs. Experience with large-scale data sets and payments transaction data. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Compensation
Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950. The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
