Job Description About the Role Are you a demand generation marketing leader with proven results driving significant growth in high‑tech and cybersecurity? Have you led teams through major business transformation? Do you thrive on developing and delivering a balanced mix of strategies and execution across the region to increase reach, marketing pipeline and revenue impact, and exceptional customer experiences?

We are conducting a search for a seasoned marketing leader (Senior Director) that will lead our largest global region to deliver $100M+ marketing sourced pipeline, with a 30‑40% year‑over‑year sourced pipeline growth target going forward.

What You Will Do To Drive Impact

Plan and execute GEO marketing across the customer journey to engage customers and partners increase market opportunity, marketing sourced pipeline, and overall satisfaction.

Build, orchestrate, and measure key marketing initiatives that drive demand and meet or exceed business targets in GEO, contributing to revenue and market share growth by leading programs and engagement.

Meet and exceed pipeline targets by designing and delivering prospects and customer GTM plans and adjusting marketing mix and execution accordingly for 2‑4Q build.

Work collaboratively with sales and marketing leaders across divisions to ensure a prioritized, integrated approach with the right solution, messaging, planning and execution mix.

Effectively lead cross‑functional teams with critical stakeholders to drive sourced pipeline opportunity and high satisfaction with customers and partners.

Lead monthly and quarterly communications and performance results across stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong fiscal accountability and management for team and organization budgets.

Manage a high‑performing team of regional marketers across North America and South America.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of combined marketing experience, preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Tangible regional marketing experience working with field sales, channel and alliances, and cross‑functional marketing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field.

Proven team leadership experience with more than 8 years of team management cultivating and developing individuals and teams with a desire to make others great.

Expertise in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstrable operational and organization skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks.

Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility across the team.

Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics, and insights to accelerate business outcomes.

Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Willing to travel up to 30%.
