About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business leadership, and digital marketing innovation—particularly in industries that demand precision, compliance, and multi-location coordination.
Experience in the senior living, healthcare, or multi-location B2C/B2B service sectors is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has led integrated marketing efforts across numerous locations or franchise-style organizations, bringing deep understanding of regional nuances, localized media strategies, and the ability to scale performance across a distributed network.
You’ll guide a team of Account Supervisors and Account Managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in execution, solving client business problems, and driving measurable performance against core KPIs. You’ll work closely with Spinutech’s senior leadership, strategists, and channel experts to broker the right agency capabilities across SEO, media, creative, and analytics to deliver holistic, business-driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Thought Leadership: Serve as the primary strategic advisor and business leader for key clients—guiding digital marketing strategy, performance insights, and cross-channel integration.
Strategic growth: Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and business performance improvement.
Analytics to action: Translate complex data and marketing analytics into actionable strategies and clear narratives that connect marketing impact to business results.
Ecosystem thinking: Apply ecosystem-level thinking to ensure all strategies are connected across paid, earned, and owned channels for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Industry foresight: Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and tools to continually evolve client strategies and internal best practices.
Multi-location management: Apply expertise in multi-location campaign management, ensuring media strategies drive both local and national performance for clients with regional footprints.
Client Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior-level and C-suite client stakeholders.
Strategic direction: Provide strategic direction and business guidance across the full marketing mix to ensure client objectives and KPIs are exceeded.
Escalation point: Act as a senior escalation point for clients, ensuring solutions are both strategic and actionable.
Retention & growth: Champion client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth through proactive communication and value delivery.
Industry insights: Leverage understanding of client industries, audience behavior, and market dynamics to guide data-informed recommendations.
Leadership & development: Lead and mentor a team of Account Supervisors and Account Managers—providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Collaboration culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
Performance governance: Establish clear goals and KPIs for team performance, client satisfaction, and account profitability.
Resource management: Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across accounts to maintain fiscal health and team balance.
Operational Excellence: Oversee scopes of work, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and strategically aligned.
Cross-functional delivery: Collaborate with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Process improvement: Lead internal discussions to troubleshoot challenges, improve workflows, and optimize team efficiency.
Innovation: Drive idea generation through regular brainstorming and cross-discipline collaboration.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in client service and account management, with deep expertise in digital marketing strategy and performance media.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or other multi-location marketing environments strongly preferred.
Proven success driving client business performance against measurable KPIs and growth objectives.
3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing account or client service teams.
Proven success in building senior-level client relationships and managing large, complex accounts.
Agency experience required.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to connect data to insights and insights to business action.
Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, paid media, SEO, social, and content strategies (certification not required for hire, but willingness to obtain is expected).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset and a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of account profitability and resource management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (particularly Excel/Sheets for budgeting and analytics).
Experience leading client presentations or public speaking engagements required.
