What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the management of GIS data maintenance for various employer products
Conduct configuration, setup, and maintenance of GIS data, both remotely and on‑site as needed
Coordinate customer information between the employer and customer resources
Manage communication with customer contacts regarding project schedules and maintenance
Present training using various classroom methods, including lectures and online projections
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of professional experience in GIS, Geography, or Cartography
Ability to demonstrate experience with ESRI applications and GIS data management principles
Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software applications and Python scripting language
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Public Safety GIS knowledge
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commitment to product quality
Excellent interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and teamwork
