Workday Certified Extend Consultant/Team Lead

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for both Workday HCM & Financials.
Comprehend data integrations from point‑to‑point systems and holistic interchange services, ensuring data quality and reliable digital exchanges.
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems when integrating Workday with external applications across financial functional areas.
Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting third‑party coding.
Collaborate with clients and third parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes.
Follow strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities).
Identify and elevate risks and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Job Qualifications
Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Partner Certification and Workday Extend Certification.
Minimum of 2 years consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
Minimum of 2 years experience in full life‑cycle implementations with modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
Minimum of 1 year hands‑on Workday Integrations experience and 1 full lifecycle Workday Integrations implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); Associate’s degree requires equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.
Bonus Points
Designer and developer experience with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to production.
Self‑starter who thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to frequent change.
Creative and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. We will consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL.

California: $63,800 to $196,000
Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
