About The Role This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and/or existing accounts. The Senior Account Executive will prospect new business, close full solution sales to corporate customers, and manage major accounts, leading the entire sales process from account planning to renewal.

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, maintaining 3-4 times coverage of target on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Account Management: Handle a list of major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+), leading the entire sales process through account planning, deal closing to renewal.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.

Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.

Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update CRM system (salesforce.com) to maintain accurate records and provide reliable sales forecasts; engage in direct client meetings.

Qualifications

Proven success selling complex software solutions to large enterprises ($500M+ revenue), using consultative techniques.

Skilled at engaging C‑level executives with a solution‑oriented approach that identifies and quantifies critical business challenges.

Self‑starter with a growth mindset, thrives in ambiguity, adept at navigating change.

Capable of managing detailed sales processes end‑to‑end.

Deep understanding of AI applications and alignment with the company’s mission.

Collaborative team player who works cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and legal.

Minimum 7 years of enterprise field sales experience with consistent quota overachievement and account planning expertise.

Compensation Target total cash compensation range: $178,500 – $331,500 USD.
