Key Responsibilities
Strategic Tech Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of the hotel's IT strategy.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
Cybersecurity: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect guest data and hotel assets.
Innovation Driver: Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance guest services.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire an IT team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with tech vendors to optimize services and solutions.
Budget Oversight: Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring cost‑efficient operations.
Guest Support: Provide tech support to guests, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 5+ years in IT leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of hotel systems, PMS, POS, and emerging tech trends.
Team Leadership: Successful track record of leading and motivating IT teams.
Cybersecurity Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with tech vendors.
Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets effectively.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
