We’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Global Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of talent acquisition at a fast-growing, international organization.
Position Overview As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing a world-class recruitment strategy that attracts top talent from around the world. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving scalable hiring strategies and building exceptional candidate experiences. Partnering with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you will understand business goals, workforce planning needs, and ensure that our hiring processes deliver exceptional candidate experiences across all regions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical and non‑technical recruiting and a data‑driven mindset and a passion for building high‑performance teams in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Lead and manage end-to-end global recruitment operations across multiple regions.
Partner with executive leadership and department heads to understand business goals and forecast hiring needs across multiple geographies.
Operational Excellence
Design and optimize scalable recruitment processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency and compliance across regions.
Establish and monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity, cost-per-hire) to inform strategy and decision-making.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools for both technical and corporate roles.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding initiatives globally.
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
Global Reach
Oversee recruitment efforts across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Ensure adherence to global labor and hiring compliance standards.
Leverage market intelligence to advise leaders on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
Qualifications Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a global leadership capacity.
Proven success recruiting across multiple functions in a software or technology-driven environment.
Skills
Strong understanding of technology roles and global labor markets.
Demonstrated success in implementing ATS and talent analytics tools.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Data-driven approach with a focus on metrics, insights, and continuous improvement.
