Director of Healthcare Quality & Continuous Improvement

A healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Quality to manage the Quality Department's overall operations. The role requires clinical experience and responsibility for quality improvement programs. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and ideally possess a Master's degree. Certification as a CPHQ is mandatory within three years. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and LEAN/Six Sigma education are preferred.
