Full‑time
with a
Mid‑Senior level
of responsibility. Compensation is $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co‑workers on sales service.
Deliver on sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Share product expertise and industry trends to meet customer needs.
Stay aware of all product knowledge and emerging product or trend developments.
Build and maintain relationships with preferred patrons to sustain patron satisfaction.
Handle cash: reconciling drawers, processing transactions, and meeting company reopening/closing standards.
Act as second‑in‑command, filling in for the Store Manager as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of sports and/or trading cards.
Minimum of two years of management or key‑holder experience in a similar retail environment.
High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to a successful store team.
Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to meet or exceed sales and guest‑service standards.
Comfortable working and speaking with the public.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock area.
Clear understanding of retail key performance indicators needed to drive sales.
Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours:
Lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
Work non‑typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
