Assistant Store Manager
– AT&T Join AT&T’s retail team as an
Assistant Store Manager
and help lead the center of customer interaction, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for AT&T customers. You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales goals.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations.
Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
Manage merchandising and product launch activities to support sales objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
Take initiative and strive to create results.
Compensation Annual salary range: $57,000 – $85,600 plus up to $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.
