Compensation:
Starting at $47–$60 per hour depending on licensure and experience
Sign‑On Bonus:
$7,500 available for full‑time new hires
Schedule:
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN/on‑call shifts available

What You’ll Do
Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management
Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
Provide equipment training and patient/family education
Document patient progress accurately and on time
Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life
What We’re Looking For
Licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
Experience in post‑acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
