Job Title : Dentist
Location : Lake City, Florida (Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) OPEN Lake City - adding a doctor - Lake City 32025
OPEN West Jax - expanding - 7408 103rd St, Jacksonville, FL 32210
Relocation: Not covered
Duration :- Full Time
Pay Rate : $1,200/day ($300K/year) OR 25% of collections (averages ~$375K/year) Three-month guarantee at daily rate before transitioning to collections
Practice Details
Primarily an adult practice, with minimal pediatrics
Comprehensive services: Implants, Cosmetic, Extractions, Restorative, Endo, Bone-Grafting
Neighborhood dental practice with corporate-level structure—but none of the corporate BS
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Valid Florida dental license
No pending disciplinary actions
Experience operating a CBCT machine
Experience with endodontics and all other procedures
Preferred Experience:
Denticon software
Digital X-rays
Sirona 3D CT imaging
CEREC digital crown design
Molar endodontics
Implant placement
Clear aligner orthodontics
